Do not compute inverse for Blas Dixon

No need to compute the inverse mod p to lift in Dixon. The PLUQ factorization is sufficient to solve the system at each iteration.

Allow solutions to write to their methods

For instance Wiedemann solver computes the rank of the matrix, it would be nice to give that information back to the method. For now all methods are const.

Make a test and an example

just test correct installation (correctness is tested in the main CI). That is run ./linbox-auto-install.sh --enable-openblas=yes --make-flags="-j " --prefix=`pwd` Then, say, (cd linbox; make examples)

Currently the checker uses a PLUQ factorization which might not exist over the integers.
