pgo 4.7 pg 11: could not save history to file "/var/lib/pgsql/.psql_history": No such file or directory

Interested in this issue. In my case, I have deployed PGO v5.3.0 on Openshift 4.10, and the error message reads `could not save history to file "//.psql_history": No such file...
