Babel has been added a little while back. Will add the other 3 to the next update, kind of surprised I didn't get to those yet :)
TIL minimap has a settings view :) I'll take a look...
I don't have anything specific in for YAML highlight yet, so I'll take a look at adding that next.
@stunjiturner can you try to remove and re-install? I got the same error, but reinstalling seemed to fix it. Let me know if you still see the error after re-installing.

Atom somewhere recently added support for theming Markdown preview: https://github.com/atom/markdown-preview/pull/298 It's on my todo list, but will happily accept a PR is somebody wants to beat me to it :)
That's correct, it's mostly optimized/tested in JS & CSS. I can take a stab at improving it when I get some time, but don't write much Ruby so we'll see...
I agree! I'd like to differentiate them a bit more, and it's something I've been meaning to update, but I haven't found the right color yet. Definitely open to suggestions.
That's really bizarre! I definitely don't see that on my side. What version of Atom are you running?
