getWeek doesn't account for leap year (2020)

This year (2020) there is a 53th week because of a leap year. Tested on date-fns version 2.16.1: `format(new Date('2020-12-28'), 'I')` returns correctly "53" but `getWeek(new Date('2020-12-28'))` returns the result...
