Sliders not functioning correctly on iphone 13 mini.

@Sweater-Baron's solution seems to work mostly for me, but will still leave the tooltip value active sometimes (e.g. when `valueLabelDisplay="auto"`).

"desc" sometimes missing from intellisense, leads to bad suggestion

This was reported with #6197 over 5 years ago, and it's still not fixed. As suggested there, turning off snippets will at least stop that from happening (if you don't...
