Upgraded to latest packages incl. webpack 4.

The line ` /* Wait till ASIC is initialized */ dev->delay_us(150000, dev->intf_ptr); ` was removed from write_config_file in bmi2.c, this doesn't work on my installation. Adding the wait back does.
