ItemClick doesn't work with stateReducer inside an iframe

@silviuaavram Line [127](https://github.com/downshift-js/downshift/blob/a13308910282c44ea2ebdcbc8a6dfee901df48a2/src/hooks/useCombobox/index.js#L127) passed in `[comboboxRef, menuRef, toggleButtonRef]`. Was there a reason why `itemRefs` did not need to be passed? the same thing is happening for `useSelect`
