Maybe also implement a list of several sounds you can choose without implementing your own (kinda like themes, but with sounds instead).
Why would that matter? Even if it would be ‘secure’ you’d still be able to change it.
Is your site using Wordpress, perhaps?

For anyone who is still experiencing this issue, it can temporarily be resolved by using the previous version of BetterFoliage.
