Had this happen to me. I had changed ` #define SERIAL_PORT 0 to #define SERIAL_PORT 2` changed it back to 0 and things compiled.
I do not get any errors but it just doesn't work. I have tried all the above but it just hangs right before it usually says ready on port 8080...
