I changed to Zigbee2MQTT version 1.36.1. The module is programmed with version: NabuCasa_SkyConnect_EZSP_v7.1.1.0_ncp-uart-hw_115200.gbl But I get still the same error? @krusse: where did you find this Firmware: “ncp-uart-hw-v7.3.1.0”

Yes, you understand right. No i can access and create files on my system. I use the Kirkstone branch.
