Does the checkbox option in Privatezilla -> under Privacy -> "Prevent using handwriting data" not turn it off?
Ouch, it does remove all "Minecraft*" apps, and some others too... Perhaps it should be more specific... Is there no filter one can use to make sure one is removing only 1) Unused/never opened apps OR 2) Silently installed apps, i.e. apps that weren't user initiated installations...
This solved it for me, believe it or not. It might be related to using a certain USB Dongle for wifi, it seems the common factor. Either way, some setting...
