Revert visibility lifecycle fixes

`-headless` is hardcoded here, which breaks routing via the non-headless service when `service.enabled` is true: https://github.com/vectordotdev/helm-charts/blob/d64abd0e6feaf6cf4d561c33e4977b097579ce09/charts/vector/templates/statefulset.yaml#L30 This relates to https://github.com/vectordotdev/helm-charts/issues/267 as I'm disabling the headless service because the chart fails...
