Lobos uses old java.jdbc library

This prevents lobos from being used in a project that also uses korma, because the latter uses 0.2.2

Fedora has no package named "arm-none-eabi-gdb"

Any suggestions for a workaround to follow the book on Fedora 30 or higher? Thanks!
