Added attributes for pl-figure element. Can now add "title" attribute as well as adding extra classes (e.g relative width like w-75).

API Endpoint to sync course files

Would be very useful for use within automated workflows. For example, have a single script that builds files, pushes changes to repo, then automatically syncs.
