Erroneous update-in-place on datadog_monitor_json with restriction policy

Seeing same issue as well.

Dropped due to a buffer overflow: [1 spans] (Will not log warnings for 1 minute)

So we are. Using Datadog Agent 7.71.2 and dd_trace libaries 1.54.0 (will add Java version when I have it from the developer)
