Follows the refactoring work and deprecation of the `aiohttp.web.Application(router=...` argument from https://github.com/aio-libs/aiohttp/issues/2766. ResourceRouter will no longer work as expected in aiohttp 4.x.
It would be useful if the slider handles were able to have defined snap points along the slider lines. Is this already possible somehow or would it require some changes...
