Hi guys, This seems quite critical if im not mistaken? Could you perhaps add a security warning to the readme and mark this as a bug?

How do we set the `sslmode` when using knex with pg? What is the default `sslmode` (if present) when we set `ssl: true`?

Id like something like this too :)
