I have the same issue that seems to have started yesterday. I'm not sure it is SMS related, but I don't see any other login quotas documented so its hard...
We are having the same memory issues using `createQueryStream`. Is there an update on this to make the data truly streamable?
I also have the same issue with 1.13.4, with the same resolution (downgrading back to 1.13.0)
