Debugging in VS Code doesn't work

I just started a genie project with the latest genie 5 and julia vscode extension 1.47.2. I'm having the exact same issue. Anyone have any solutions?

I also see this quite often. Restarting VS sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. If anyone has a reliable workaround, please post it.
