+1 The code still works fine for me, but I'm having issues returning the new 280 character tweets.

Thanks for the update. Interesting that you can get this working using Couch 1.6. I'm using a Mac and Couch 2.1.1 as well but I get no such console errors....
Same issue here. I completely reinstalled Homebridge today, so latest version + Node. I was on Homebridge 1.5xx previously. Shout if I can provide any more info.
