Automatically start fanny at login?

You can manually make any application start at login in macOS preferences. Go to Users & Groups -> Login Items and click on the + icon.

Linux REALs ignoring WITH COMPONENTS, macOS & Windows work

Yup, on Kubuntu I had 3.0.6 installed. I installed 2.4.7 instead, and now it properly sizes floats!
