I was getting the same error and I'm running Fedora 39 Sway Spin. Installed plasma (dnf install @kde-desktop) and it's working. Not sure what the other dependency I was missing.

We've run into this as well. Question, is your Snowflake table transient or permanent? This issue occurred after we changed it from transient to permanent. W're currently testing switching it...

We're abandoning using snapshots for our use-case. We've started having issues with duplicate dbt_scd_ids.
