Safari is HORRIBLE without SafariStand. Why is nobody updating SafariStand? Is it a money issue?

Option to display the "Title Bar"

I just upgraded from Safari 9+ to Safari 11. To my dismay, the "title bar" (i.e., the horizontal space above the address bar that displays the given URL's HTML title)...

Can you please fix this "error" so that it stops appearing in our Google PageSpeed results? "Does not use passive listeners to improve scrolling performance"
