Support cmd.exe shell Warpification for Warp on Windows

Please add support for cmd.exe. Powershell has too verbose commands (like when I type `CD` it gets translated into `Set-Location`).

Browse three collections, bam Restart dev server, browse three collections again, blocked again. The silence from shopify devs is deafening

vite is throwing the error. a restart of vite clears it momentarily
