We have the exact same use case of adding triggers via a migration sql file. This issue is certainly blocking. Anyone aware of a workaround while this isn't working?
@Thomas-X had the same problem. Koas official [bodyparser](https://github.com/koajs/bodyparser) supports the json-api type.
