I see this when trying to install 5 GB update on a HDD having 120 GB free. it's arch linux, no quota enabled.

This is quite serious and we were able to reproduce it on 7.4.4 and 7.4.11

Same error appears on Arch Linux when trying to install php-zmq from AUR https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/php-zmq/
