I'm having the same problem, setting `indent_size` for `[*.html]` or `[*.cshtml]` does not make the necessary changes under `Tools > Options > Text Editor > HTML`.

This is a problem with hexo core, not the theme. See linked issue.

I am having this same problem. I am running through [these instructions](https://docs.ckan.org/en/2.8/maintaining/installing/install-from-docker-compose.html) on a Windows 10 machine and cannot find the `production.ini` file where it is supposed to be.
