I am also having the exact same issue. useLazyQuery, onCompleted method does not fire when loading data from cache. Tried with @apollo/client : 3.0.0-beta.43 and @apollo/react-hooks: 3.1.4.
Similar issue with Set-MgDriveItemContent which I believe uses the same dependencies. Most common if trying to upload files sequentially. Workaround seems to be add delay between uploads.
Just tested this with 5.8.2 and there is still drift with `error_message`, `last_complete`, `last_error`, `output_options.sample_rate`
