Yea I'm not working on this anymore. And if I ever got the time, I'd start again from scratch with better design practices. It's very messy currently.
Unfortunately I have no say on toxcore licensing matters. If there's a way around it I wouldn't know. I'm not too familiar with licensing.

Toxicity isn't currently maintained enough. It's on a very old toxcore, lot of features that don't work, and in its current state it just doesn't work too well.
