Pagination of some endpoints does not honor the "count" query parameter

Some paginated endpoints do not honor the `count` query parameter returning always 10 element, while `startIndex` parameter works. Known non-working endpoints: - `iam/account/search?count=${count}&startIndex=${startIndex}` - `/iam/group/search?count=${count}&startIndex=${startIndex}`

Currently, the two endpoint do not return the `clientName` property making impossible to display this information in the new dashboard. See https://github.com/indigo-iam/iam-dashboard/issues/72 and https://github.com/indigo-iam/iam-dashboard/issues/73.
