Progress bar for loading doesn't update until the current position hits the "end".

I'm experiencing the same issue in Chrome. The load progress stops before the end even though the whole song is actually loaded.

Consider dropping Twirpy middlewares

Good idea. It's confusing and also undocumented, so I had to reverse engineer how to add middlewares to an instance of `TwirpASGIApp` when the Starlette-compatible middlwares didn't work.
