Seems like some multi threading issue. When opening settings dialog etc, PCSX2 can save/load current usb plugin state seemingly when qemu is processing stuff, leading to random null pointer errors.

Keeps sending spring ffb commands, yet doesn't seem to respond to wheel inputs.
