Audio/Sounds very quiet on iOS

Was working fine on 1.0.13 however when I upgraded to 3.1.2 the media volume is very quiet on iOS. Works fine on Android.

Poor performance on first load

Error when run

I get this issue when I run with the default options. I have all the folders and documents created and in the proper position. What am I doing wrong? Traceback...
