Similar issue here, doctl provides no details so it's very difficult to debug.

Fresh clone of the repo, `npm install && npm run dev` results in a 404 page.
Oh I see, you need to navigate to `html/login/login.html`. Would be nice to mention that up front.

It would be great to get some eyes on this one. As it stands I'm going to have to switch to a different IDE. I can no longer use VSCode...
