QOS classification not working

All traffic seems to be falling in either the default classification channel or unclassified. I have tried a hard reset and re-setting the router up. I'm using a Netgear r7000.

Is there anything i can do to help get the nonce setter to work for the iPad Pro (10.5 Inch)?
