Anyone can work on any issue :) This is an open-source project. Contributions are welcome as long as you stick to guidelines.
Looks good to me! 👍 However would this PR be better if it also included the frontend part so that the functionality can be tested completely before merging? Any thoughts...
The frontend is not finished yet. So working on the PWA features at this point is not a high priority.
