Bumped ruby-debug-ide version to .3

Following the Quick Start guide, I got "Could not find ruby-debug-ide-0.7.2 in any of the sources". I had to bump the version to .3 for the project to finish running...

With suppress_non_speech_tokens set to true I'm still getting non speech tokens

Transcriptions are including things such as "Music Playing" and "Bell Rings". Am I missing something silly here or does this param just not work? Using the Swift package fyi

As of macOS15 + Xcode 16 I get "Library not loaded: /System/Library/Frameworks/SwiftUICore.framework/SwiftUICore" from this package
