Support for Selecting Time also for recurring schedule.

I am also looking for this functionality. Intra-day events are definitely a thing. (Great gem, btw)

Monthly results in daily occurrences

Bump. Also running into this problem. The UI allows the user to create a state the library doesn't handle (monthly schedule but with no day selected).
