The only "simple" solution I can think of, is to add another `release` branch, which is identical to `master` but without the CI and test files. Let's see if @niheaven...

The problem described by @mephisX and @zeroxia is caused by a change in Scoop core (https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop/pull/5065) which breaks compatibility. It should be fixed now.
I think this should be in the [Games bucket](https://github.com/Calinou/scoop-games).
The file is detected as a virus by Avira. I am sending a form to Avira to see if it is a **false positive**.
Probably need more information / tests to see if it contains anything suspecious.

Not sure what is causing the error, but 7-Zip version 19 extracts it without a problem. I am pretty sure it is not caused by symlink issue described in https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Scoop/issues/4647....

To my understanding, this is neither a GUI tool nor a *"simple"* command-line tool. It is a runtime library, just like [VCRedist](https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/blob/master/bucket/vcredist2022.json) or [Windows Desktop Runtime](windowsdesktop-runtime-lts). I think we should...
