Same issue with symfony 4.3 in PhpStorm 2019.2 EAP Build #PS-192.5118.33, built on June 13, 2019

This is still very relevant as Apple Signin requires a proper User-Agent to be passed.

Same issue with 2FA enabled

Setting a new app password worked for me ( while still using 2FA )
