Currently the plugin support various common configurations for building an image, however I don't find some way of adding build time configuration when I build the project using this plugin....
As we know, in this [issue](https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/kpt/issues/1533), it was mentioned that this feature wil be supported in the kpt function, and I've tested that it works.
