Add: grpc web UI doc

Adds a document that explains https://juno.grpcui.chaintools.host/ tool by ChainTools that allows to interact with gRPC servers via a web UI.

Fix typo in README.md: unimplemneted!() -> unimplemented!()

There was a minor typo in docs, unimplemented was misspelled so I wanted to correct it.
