Allow uploading mkv files

I've just ran into this issue with OBS recording something irreversible happening on my screen (see [https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus/issues/12473](https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus/issues/12473))

Allow uploading mkv files

Workaround within OBS: record in .mkv, and then remux into .mp4 (File -> Remux Recordings)
