This adds safe JWT token decoding and refresh token expiration check, as well as token refreshing failure due to expired refresh token. This probably fixes https://github.com/teranetsrl/oauth2_client/issues/107

- Updated user detection regex to include dashes; - Added launch screen to the demo, in order to support new iPhones; - Demo tweaked to look a little better.
