https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/main/images/linux/Ubuntu2204-Readme.md still says ubuntu-22 includes homebrew.

Enable depandabot to update dependencies

Dependabot has been set up in NeqSimAPI to update all old packages, not just the ones with security issues. See https://github.com/equinor/NeqSimAPI/pull/70 for how it can be done.
