Update: list.html successfully renders content in _index.html, however, list templates seem to not function as per the Hugo documentation.
Displaying an error message such as: "This site requires javascript..." Would help.
You could achieve this with custom HTML and CSS.
Footer is optional. Remove the shortcode from the page (eg. index.html).
