it happened for me just in tablet(Android10-api29), in my case the reason was using standard dimen sdp and ssp units like @dimen/_13sdp for itemRadius attribute.
This is sloved my problem.. ` cd /Applications/Python\ 3.7/ ./Install\ Certificates.command `
I added `@org.robolectric.annotation.experimental.LazyApplication` to the test class and it resolved the issue.
Aw, shoot it's still open, now I have to go for a workaround! =)
