New slack workspace that I'm not the owner of and can't get the bot user approved in a timely manner.

Timeout waiting to lock journal cache

I've been hitting this too, and using separate gradle home directories per https://github.com/gradle/gradle/issues/8750#issuecomment-605016788 mitigated the issue. It's a bit annoying due to disk space usage, though.
