This feature is now available in iTOL ([Batch delete](https://itol.embl.de/help.cgi#batchDel)). It can delete individual trees or whole projects. Let me know if there are any problems.

I can confirm the same issue with 0.7.0-rc12 running on sunton-8048s050c. I solved it temporarily by switching to command/json instead of config/gui: topic: hasp/plates/command/json payload: "['config/gui {\"idle2\":0}']" This works fine.
