toast notification is showing after kCRToastTimeIntervalKey, and the [CRToastManager isShowingNotification] returns NO

I came across this instance: The toast notification is still showing after kCRToastTimeIntervalKey. And [CRToastManager isShowingNotification] returns NO, but statusBar is covered by toast View.
